These Terms govern your use of the IQ Kurdish puzzle and trivia game owned, published, and operated by MK MARKETING GLOBAL LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16982774. By playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

Using the game

You may use IQ Kurdish for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not interfere with the game, exploit errors, automate play, attempt unauthorized access, or use the game in a way that harms other users, TikTok, advertising providers, or our service.

Gameplay and virtual coins

Scores, hints, progress, and virtual coins are game features only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted when needed to correct errors, prevent abuse, or improve game balance.

Advertisements

Some hints or retry options may be offered in exchange for watching a rewarded advertisement. Availability and completion of an advertisement may depend on TikTok or an advertising provider.

Content and intellectual property

The game's design, branding, software, and original content belong to MK MARKETING GLOBAL LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative works from them.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, questions, rewards, or access to the game. We may also update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

IQ Kurdish is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game.

Termination

We may restrict access when these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is suspected, or action is needed to protect users or the service.
